How to Make Your Skin Lighter?

Skin always want a proper care which is necessary on a regular basis  because it will make your skin lighter. Your skin color depends on the coloring, known as Melanin. This stain is made in the skin cells which are denoted as Melanocytes. When melanocytes produce extra melanin, then your skin becomes darker. The causes of dark skin are: environmental pollution, genetics, over exposure to the sun, stress, some diseases and chemical based cosmetic products.

Following are some remedies to make a lighter skin:

  1. Milk:

Milk is one of the best home remedies to make skin lighter. To try this method, heat a bowl of milk and take a washcloth and immerse it in warm milk. Now proceeds out the wash cloth and squeeze out the milk and use this cloth on your skin. Repeat this process 3 to 4 times in a day.

  1. Rice:

Rice is also a great source for lighting skin which works like a natural sunscreen. To try this method, add one cup of uncooked rice and chore it to make a fine ash. Now add milk in to it to make a paste and rub this paste on your face. Leave it on your face for maximum 30 minutes. After that, rinse your face with warm water and repeat this process for 2 to 3 times in a week.

  1. Aloe Vera:

Aloe Vera has much welfare which help you to give a smooth, soft and light skin color.To try this method, take an aloe Vera leaf and squeeze the gel from it. Now rub this aloe vera gel to your skin 4 times in a day. Repeat this process daily for at least 15 days and after that you will feel the desired results.

  1. Tomatoes:

Tomatoes have astringent and cooling properties which are filled in vitamin C. As well as it is flawless for the skin lightening. To try this method, grid a tomato to extract its pulp and rubit on your face.

Now leave it for dry and again apply this pulp. Repeat this remedy for 15 to 20 minutes and then rinse off your face with water to get the lighter skin.

  1. Yogurt:

Yogurt has many nutrients which are very helpful for the skin and also it consist lactic acid, which has the bleaching properties. To try this method, Take some yogurt and rub it on your face. Now leave it for a few minutes and afterward rinse your face with lukewarm water.

Repeat this process once a day for numerous weeks.

  1. Lemon:

To try this method, take 1 tspn of honey, 1 tspn of olive oil, 1 tspn of lemon juice and mix it well to make a paste. Rub it on your skin and then leave it for 15 minutes. Afterward rinse your skin with lukewarm water. Repeat this process daily to get creamy white skin.

  1. Baking soda:

To try this method, take 1 tspn of baking soda with enough water or rose water and mix it very well to make a fine paste. Now rub this paste like circular motions and wait it for 2 minutes. Now use a wet cloth to remove the pack and rinse your face with clean water.
